OFFICE MANAGER/FACTORY MANAGER
I am recruiting for a Office Manager for my client based in Letchworth,Hertfordshire. This role is a permanent position with a immediate start.
Monday to Friday 0800/(Apply online only)- we can be flexible with hours for the right person
You will be responsible for the day to day administration in a busy Manufacturing factory/office. You will be processing salary payments, writing of contracts, invoicing, purchase ledger and the general day to day management of a small team of factory personnel and implementing health and safety. You must have excellent IT skills and basic knowledge of office management would be a advantage.
Personal Attributes
A good communicator with experience of working at management level.
Proactive and methodical with attention to detail.
Able to think problems, opportunities and requirements through and then provide informed opinions and recommendations for action.
