I am looking for an Office Manager to coordinate day-to-day business activities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. .
Responsibilities:
* Manage the office day-to-day.
* Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
* Plan and order catering supplies.
* Assist with administration of finance, company secretarial and HR tasks.
* Assist the Exec team with diary planning and scheduling.
* Organise team activities and events.
* Contribute to our professional social media channels.
Experience:
* Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with others at all levels of seniority.
* Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively and respond to business priorities.
* Proactive and autonomous, you identify and solve day-to-day issues.
* A working knowledge of MS office tools.
* Diligent, and carry out your duties in a timely and deliberate manner as well as responding with calmness to unplanned events
