Company Overview: As the Managing Director of a leading cleaning company specialising in the maintenance and cleaning of car showrooms, workshops, body shops, and spray shops in and around the M25, our client is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Office Manager / PA, to help him run this business.
Their company has been established for 30 years and has built an enviable reputation in the commercial cleaning sector. They are a tight-knit team that supports each other, works hard, and has fun while maintaining high standards for their demanding blue-chip clients.
Job Role / Position: They are looking for an experienced office-based individual with the following qualifications and skills:
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
* Knowledge of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
* Understanding of Health & Safety protocols
* Excellent team support skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations
* Handle phone calls and emails
* Order and manage stock
* Check deliveries
* Organize work schedules for mobile teams
* General office duties
* Assist with making tea and other ad-hoc tasks
About You: The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in the cleaning or facilities management sector is a plus, but not essential.
Working Hours to be discussed
Monday to Friday 15 – 21 Hrs per week Negotiable, Salary discussed on experience Min start £12.50 per hour
