Are you prepared to take on a crucial role as the Office Manager at an Aviation firm based in the City of London? Our client is looking for a dedicated professional with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing office facilities, providing comprehensive administrative support, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

What you will do:

In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.

You'll manage relationships with building management, vendors, and service providers, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Additionally, you'll coordinate office activities and meetings, manage supplies inventory, handle mail and courier services, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
As the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, you'll also distribute internal communications, liaise with external stakeholders, and organise company events and social gatherings.
You'll ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
