Responsibilities:
* Meeting new clients and visiting clients on a regular basis - Building relationships with current and new clients.
* Prospecting new business through client calls and reasearch.
* Staff management of full time office staff and tempoary healthcare staff.
* Rota coordination.
* Candidate screening and recruitment.
* Compliance and supervision.
* On Call Duties.
* Marketing. - Social media platforms, job fairs ect.
* Meeting sales targets.
