Position Overview:

As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. You will oversee a range of administrative tasks, manage office supplies, coordinate meetings and events, and provide essential support to various departments within the organisation. The ideal candidate will be a multitasking mastermind with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed and maintaining inventory records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, such as conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
Maintain organised filing systems and databases, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
