We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our clients team. As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing crucial support to various departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both internal operations and external customer interactions, with a focus on B2B customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations, including but not limited to: managing schedules, coordinating meetings, health and safety, and maintaining office supplies.
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries and support, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support B2B customer engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM software to track customer accounts and preferences. Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with B2B customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software
