We're seeking a dynamic Office Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success.
Position: Office Manager
Working Hours: 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Longridge, Preston
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and supplier coordination.
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and facilitating maintenance and repairs as needed.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly.
* Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
* Assist with financial administration tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
* Take initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
* Foster a positive and inclusive office culture by organizing team-building activities and promoting open communication.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
