Holker Group have an exciting opportunity for a Office Manager / Personal Assistant.

About Us:

The Holker Group is a diverse business portfolio located in South Cumbria.

The landholding comprises approximately 17,000 acres and lies principally around the northern stretches of Morecambe Bay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The portfolio includes; property, farming, forestry, leisure and tourism, stone and slate quarrying and property development.

The position is situated adjacent to the historic Holker Hall and Gardens, the Estate Office is the central point of contact for the Chief Executive & Chief Operating Officer, Land & Property Department and Finance Team.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the work of the Group CEO, Group COO, Directors, and senior managers, as well as managing office operations and coordinating the executive's calendar.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and a flexible approach to duties undertaken. A senior administrator with experience in minute taking who is a team player, able to work creatively and with colleagues in a small office environment.

Job Purpose: To support the work of the Group CEO, Group COO, Directors, and senior managers as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
