This company has a strong commitment to recruiting apprentices that will learn and develop within the company to be a vital part of the growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the office and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities.
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Manage and maintain office policies and procedures.
Assist with HR administration tasks.
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with HR administration tasks preferred.
Experience with social media management preferred.
