Office Manager/ PA Manager – Hertfordshire

PA Duties Primarily to Directors, and partially to senior Directors/Management

Discretely Assist/manage varying personnel requirements of Board members

Diary management for Directors & senior staff

Manage travel & accommodation bookings for CEO and directors

Office Manager Duties.

Manage existing office administrators / receptionists and front of house requirements

Accumulating and updating senior staff weekly diaries

Arranging / organising event days and hospitality functions for the Group

Record meeting minutes when required

Manage / record staff holidays

Assist with management of Web site content

Assist with management of Intranet content/updates

Assist with document and digital presentations/pre-quals with estimating department

Assist with production of marketing information/products

Assist in draughting/updating monthly newsletters including all necessary photography

Manage office stationary requirements and maintenance/functionality of office equipment

Organise any meeting venue/catering/beverage requirements

Schedule meeting room requirements

Skills.

Discretion, trustworthy, discreet

Ability to be flexible in terms of job role

Excellent communication Skills

Ability to for see Directors requirements / ways of doing things

Ability to act on persons own merit and ability to think for themselves

Strong organisational and planning skills, ability to multitask

Ability to cope with high pressure fast acting office environment

Good attention to detail and creativity

Proactive attitude

Presentable and approachable

It is a newish role so patience are required as the role will be established and evolve over time.
