In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of the office and assisting various departments to ensure optimal efficiency. Our client is an esteemed and well respected company based in Livingston, known for their innovation and commitment to excellence. 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Utilising Flexitime hours)

Annual company events/outings/lunchesResponsibilities:

Working alongside the Managing Director to help support administration tasks to ensure flow of processes throughout the business
Record new enquiries and follow process, updating company systems at each step of the process
Support on any ad hoc admin requirements
Answer calls and emails
Communicate with suppliers and customers
Working as part of a tight knit team
Please note this role will evolve over time and all training will be provided.Requirements:

A self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent timekeeping skills
The ability to work well with colleagues and follow instructions
Demonstrating responsibility, reliability, and dedication to the role
A self-disciplined and conscientious approach to tasks
Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Hardworking and ambitious, with a drive to succeed
Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively use your own initiative
