Description:

Our established client is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to join their busy team as soon as possible.

The ideal applicant will have experience previously as an administrator and be motivated to work well within a team.

Duties:

Quotation creation for business visits and annual contracts
Scheduling of Engineer's diaries
Invoicing of completed jobs done by engineers.
Creating certificates for work done
Cover for colleagues when on annual leave.
General office administration including CRM database clean-up / check-up.Skills:

A good understanding of computer systems
Excellent communication skills
Ability to take on new tasks with enthusiasm.
Openness to improve.
Experience of administration within a similar role or from schoolingHours & Salary:

35 hrs per week
Mon-Thur 9-5.15 Fri 9-4
Xmas shut down (3 days) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
