Global FMCG Manufacturer
Central London
Are you looking for a new role where you can use your existing office administrative skills and learn junior HR duties? Or, do you have these skills and are seeking a new position within a global business at their Head Office? If so, then read on.
* Permanent position with 4 days office and 1 day work from home
* Salary range £28,000 to £30,000 + Benefits (DOE)
Our client is a global business with a fantastic name in the FMCG manufacturing market.
The Role
This role will be a 50/50 split between office administration and basic HR duties. Your varied responsibilities will include.
* Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly
* Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
* In close collaboration with the HR team and provide support to recruitment activities.
* Manage HR administration duties inc Right to Work documents, take notes in meetings etc
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to clearly demonstrate.
* Your excellent administration & communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills including Excel and all Microsoft Office suite
* Strategic planning & organisational skills
* Excellent people skills, also able to manage personal data with GDPR practices
