Office Coordinator - Permanent
Salary: £25.000 - £27,000
Location: Newton Heath
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Search Manchester are currently hiring for an Office Coordinator to join a reputable family business based in Newton Heath.
Duties:
* Providing administrative support to the office
* Integrating a new HR system such as BrightHR to improve the current processes
* Working to complete projects.
* Administering staff payroll
* Maintaining staff records
* Supporting with the advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new staff
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience on Sage 50
* Administrative experience
* Experience in Compliance or Purchasing or HR
* Strong attention to detail
* Process driven and organised
* Capable of using Microsoft Package
