Role responsibilities:
Ordering office supplies and ensuring inventory is kept up to date
Manage the supply of home working equipment, ensuring H&S compliance
Liaison with IT and facilities suppliers
Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office
Administrative support for H&S compliance
Manage and update office policies
Handle logistics, including venue liaison and catering for meetings, training courses and social events, liaising with the event lead
Candidate requirements:
A minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
Proficient with MS Office packages
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with an outsourced IT service provider would be an advantage
