Office Coordinator - Wilmslow - Permanent - up to £30,000
We are working with a market leading business in Wilmslow, who are actively seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team in the heart of Wilmslow. This role would be full time from their offices in Wilmslow.
Duties included:
- Manage employee engagement activities to promote culture in the office
- Invoice and purchase order processing
- Oversee the monthly and annual budget to ensure targets and plan are met
- Manage the day to day running and operations of the office, working with external parties to ensure smooth running
- Coordinate projects, to minimize disruption to the office
- Maintain their internal database and documents
- Meet and greet visitors, taking incoming calls and support the wider team when needed
- Support with health & safety legislation, maintaining procedures and legal documentation
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, confident working in a regulation environment and a strong background in a customer service and coordination role.
