We require an Office Coordinator for one of the most well-respected security businesses across Cambridgeshire

This is a huge opportunity for a bright Office Administrator to work for an exciting, attractive business with exceptional training. We are looking for someone personable, ambitious and the want to grow with the company.

This is your chance to put your mark on the role, establish yourself within a well-known business!

In this role you will:

· Possess excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal and written), with a professional telephone manner and the ability to prioritise work using your own initiative but work well as part of a team.

· Looking after both the Admin and E-invoicing Outlook inbox.

· Answering incoming phone calls and emails.

· Liaising with customers and booking in corrective visits if faults and queries arise on their systems.

· Completing daily Activation Reports that in keep with our Monthly Statistics.

· Liaising with large property management companies such as Savills and Bidwells, using CRM’s scheduling both Corrective and Preventative jobs for shared customers.

· Working closely with the Director, managing his diary, and booking in-site surveys for incoming quotes.

· Regularly using Excel

Benefits:
