We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Assistant to join an expanding and dynamic Legal firm, based in beautiful offices in Birmingham City Centre.

In this challenging and varied administrative support opportunity, you will be responsible for providing confidential and dedicated support to Partners, fee earners and PAs across all departments. Playing a key part in the support team, you will be comfortable with managing internal CRM systems to the highest standard, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up to date at all times. On a day-to-day basis, you will be preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of new and existing client accounts, supporting with the billing process, producing and compiling documents and ensuring a smooth and seamless client experience.

Using your excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, you will be managing multiple client files at any one time, working under pressure and re-prioritising your workloads as required to support across all departments. Working as part of a friendly, supportive and high performing team, you will create bespoke documents, letters, mailshots, reports and client files, liaising with various local authorities and third parties as needed.

Being meticulous in your approach and using your own initiative, you will ensure any queries are managed efficiently for your team. You will be working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, legal environment, consistently completing work to a high standard. Working with a high level of discretion, you will be comfortable with adapting to changes in the working environment and have a strong understanding of departmental processes.

To succeed in this Office Assistant opportunity, you will need to have previous experience working within an administrative role, ideally from a professional services background. You will be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, prioritising your workload effectively to ensure strict deadlines are achieved, as well as the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office software and applications.
