Answering telephone calls and directing them efficiently.
Handling customer queries both via phone and email.
Warmly welcoming visitors at the reception.
Operating and updating the database.
Managing and organising your own diary.
Collaborating closely with various team members.
Maintaining filing systems in the office and retail store.
Assisting with ordering office and retail supplies.
Scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
Updating the CRM system.
Assisting with retail stock management.
Planning company events.
Arranging post and deliveries for the office and retail store.
Providing updates to retail customers regarding their orders.???? Required Skills:

Previous administrative experience is required - within the luxury retail industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
