Office Administrator / Coordinator

Aylesbury

Starting Salary £29,000

Our client design, develop and fabricate precision components and for industries including motorsport. They support customer racing in championships around the world and they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team!

Office Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:

* Help establish, implement and maintain office procedures whilst assisting the senior management team

* Help with training of staff members as well as overseeing the recruitment of new staff

* Management of stock for office supplies as well as maintaining the office

* Take responsibility for managing office expenditures and budget

* Ensure all health and safety procedures are up to date and observed

* Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction

* Ensuring all absence of staff members are covered

* Assist with staff appraisals, performance management and disciplinary administration

* Promote staff development, engagement, and training

* Mange internal databases and systems

* Ensure all data protection laws are being adhered to when storing data into the systems, similarly uphold health and safety policies

* Liaise with other departments to manage maintenance schedules, regularly testing electrical equipment, liaise with suppliers of infrastructure to manage maintenance schedules

Office Administrator Ideal Candidate:

* Strong Literacy and IT skills

* Knowledge of Microsoft Packages

* Be able to work under pressure and manage your workload efficiently

* Great attention to detail

* Have excellent organisational and time management skills

Working Hours + Benefits:

* Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 16:30

* 25 Days Holiday in addition to Statutory Bank Holidays.
