Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support within the Sales and Purchasing Teams.
Job Duties:
* Data Entry
* Reviewing and processing data
* Assisting in weekly purchasing jobs
* Processing Sales Purchase Orders
* Liaising with Customer and Suppliers
* Providing support to the Sales Director when needed
* Booking Couriers
* Filing
* Answering Telephone calls
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail
* Good planning, organisational and time management skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages
* 3+ years recent and relevant experience in a similar role
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
