Role: Administrator
Hours: Days 8:30am - 17:00pm
Pay Rate: £11.50- £12 per hour
Location: Copt Oak
Our client is hiring for an all-round administrator who is commercially astute, quick thinking, able to multitask, organise and prioritise.
Duties and responsibilities:
Placing purchase orders and building bills of materials within our system
Manage customer interface - order intake process and loading onto the MRP system.
Manage customer delivery and the invoice process.
Arrange customer delivery slots.
Provide customer perspective on any internal queries.
Manage/control stock levels of standard/repeating products.
Set up new customer and supplier accounts.
Check and file customer invoices.
Upload invoices to customer portals
The Candidate:
Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office
Reading technical drawings and data entry
Open and approachable
Confident
Articulate
Clear communication
Positive attitude
Experience within a manufacturing company is desirable
