Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties: - Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Manage office filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored - Provide clerical support to other team members as needed - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Type and proofread documents as required - Utilize Google Suite tools for various office tasks Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or office support role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of professionalism and phone etiquette If you are a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.
