Experienced Office Administrator required for manufacturing company based in Crayford. Immediate start available following successful interview.
Location: Crayford, Kent
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £27,500 pa depending on relevant experience,
paid monthly

Working within a small team the role of Office Administrator is to manage customer services and sales admin activities. Supporting the external sales team – receiving and inputting quotes and progress chasing, ordering raw materials.
Office Administrator duties/skills and experience: training will be given
* Account management – responsible for contract review and ordering raw materials
* Support updating CRM system
* Computer Literate – good level of Excel is essential
* Articulate
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Good telephone manner and time management essential
