Office Administrator, Chard, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Full-Time Permanent, 25,376 pa.

Calling all Administrators! I am looking for a driven and self-motivated professional who would like a dynamic role within a pallet network company.

You will be joining a small team so there will always be something to do. Your duties will vary slightly everyday however you can expect:

•             Data entry

•             Liaising with drivers

•             Booking and arranging collections/deliveries

•             General Office Administration

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a small friendly team, where you will have the stability to know what each day at the office will bring, while still meeting and liaising with new people daily.

The ideal Office Administrator will need to feel confident talking with new people daily and providing drivers with instructions and job orders, as well as be able demonstrate:

•             Excellent organisation skills.

•             Strong and Confident Communication skills.

•             Proficiency in MS Office packages. 

•             Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
