East Kilbride
£11.44 - £12.50 per hour

An opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator to join our East Kilbride office however job training will be delivered in Dunfermline.
Hours of work are: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
The role will involve the following:
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Liaising with candidates / colleagues via e-mail / phone
Date entry / Verifying identification
Payroll preparation / checking
Dealing with queries
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
Excellent organization skills
The ability to work independently and effectively
Great customer service skills to liaise with all levels of people
Must have UK Driving license and transport
Be reliable and conscientious
