Newstaff MK are recruiting for an outstanding can-do attitude Office Administrator
This role is a great opportunity for a strong office admin assistant. The company is moving forward fast with many changes, you will be working within a small office, x 4 people, supporting all departments with several different office tasks
Managing multiple tasks, you will have experience in assisting with administration, production and general office duties. You will have to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
Duties & Responsibilities
Assisting system maintenance updates
Create and send orders to suppliers
Offering operational support to the managers
Checking and processing all customer information
Log new and existing customer orders on to the bespoke customer portal
Ensure timely and consistent answering of incoming telephone calls
Deliver great customer service
General admin and support to the office
You may be required to complete other tasks, as and when required by the business
Sending and receiving invoices
Processing customer orders
Handling despatch orders
Attend production team meetings
Arrange/reschedule jobs where necessary
Arrange delivery collections with Pallet ways or UPS
Managing stock purchases
Must:

Great working knowledge of Word, excel and emails
Salary & benefits
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, half an hour for lunch
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm, (if you are looking for school hours)
This role is temp to perm for the right person
Free on-site parking
£12.50 per hour
