Hours: 8am-5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Due to continued growth, I have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work full time on a permanent basis as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate has potential to join a growing company based in Farrington Gurney.
Do you have computer skills? Are you confident? Do you have experience in Admin? If, so please read on as this is a key role based in a busy office.
You will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team in a busy working environment, by assisting with inbound calls, responding to emails, and general office admin duties. You must be adaptable and have a willingness to learn. You must be able to work in a small team and have confidence.
Your main duties are:
* Answer the telephone in a polite and profession manner
* Respond to emails
* Process orders and payments
* Exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
* Cover other duties due to sickness and holidays
* Regular internal communication
This is a full time position for a suitable candidate. You will need a driving license as this is not on a regular bus network.
Hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Saturday mornings (4 hours) are required to be worked on a rota basis approx. 1 in 3, this will be paid at an overtime rate.
