Office Administrator Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
* Assist with office organization and maintenance of records, documents, and files.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
* Deal with purchase orders and supplier communication
* Support payroll and timesheets
* Manage invoices, update systems and co-ordinate enquiries
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
* Collaborate with different departments and team members to facilitate smooth operations.Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
Office Administrator Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Great attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
