We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client's team, one of the world's leading manufacturers. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and also supporting the PA to the Directors, so an exciting and varied role. This is a full time permanent position working from their PR4 offices.

Responsibilities:

* Importing sales hub enquiries onto prospect or customer profiles

* Drafting shipping documents, including commercial invoices, and packing lists

* Processing customer purchase orders and issuing order acknowledgements

* Converting quotes to sales orders and providing customers with relevant documentation

* Travel arrangements for personnel to include flights, hotels, visas, etc

* Answering, screening and forwarding calls from the switchboard

* Meeting and Greeting of visitors and the organising of refreshments and for meetings

* Assisting the Marketing Manager with event coordination and promotional items

* Assisting the Sales Team and Directors’ PA with any other sales or administration related duties, as required

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role including the booking of travel
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
