Description:

Our client is a growing specialist company within the construction industry, looking to expand across the UK this year and continually over the next few years. They are looking for an all-round Office Administrator to join and support the wider team, a role which will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth internal processes of the organisation.

As the Office Administrator for the team, you'll be juggling a range of responsibilities to keep the office running seamlessly, growing and developing the role over time in various areas. The role will be a combination of reporting and quality checking, whilst also working on a new system, providing general administrative support across the board, and supporting with quotes and invoicing.

The company offer 28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), BUPA Health Care, and a company bonus structure! They are based just outside of Leeds, so a car driver or someone local to East Leeds would be suitable.

Your duties and responsibilities as an Office Administrator:

Overseeing general office administration with strong organisation skills and prioritisation.
Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
Supporting the site teams with report writing and proof reading.
Issuing quotations and documents where needed.
Being the go-to quality checker for any official documentation.
Becoming the Subject Matter Expert on a new internal system.Skill requirements:

Demonstrate proficiency in general office tasks, with proven experience in a similar administrative role previously.
An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with ease with internal and external contacts.
Open to learning new skills and a willingness to grow with the business in the future.
Strong organisational and efficiency skills.
Any experience within construction or compliance is desirable, but not essential.If you're seeking a role where no two days are the same, and you thrive in a varied environment, then apply today.
