Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a well-established business based on the outskirts of East Grinstead, who are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary up to £35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
20 days a year to include bank holidays
Free onsite parking
Company events

The role:

As the main point of contact between the customers and engineers, the Office Administrator will play a pivotal role within the company. This role will suit individuals who thrive in administrative and customer-focused environments. The role also requires strong diary management and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties of the Office Administrator:

First point of contact for inbound calls and emails, responding in a timely manner
Coordinating and scheduling assignments for the engineering team, ensuring works have been completed within set time frames
Managing and communicating any updates or delays with the customer and the engineering team
Processing sales orders and generating quotes, following up on quotes and responding to any enquiries
Generating invoices and creating documentation specific to the works carried out
Providing office support to the engineering teams and the Office Manager

Experience/ key skills:

Proficient in diary management
Effective time management and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft programmes and Xero
Team-oriented work approach
Meticulous attention to detail
Own transport is required due to location
