We are looking for a part time Office Administrator in Wroughton
16-20 hours per week,
Monday-Friday
Permanent basis.
Salary c.£24,000 (Pro-rata, DOE).
Office based at Wroughton,
The Role.
Reporting to the HR & Financial Controller, the Office Administrator’s role is to support the general day-to-day running of the office, as well as conducting various administrative, basic HR and financial activity support.
General Office Management:
Health & Safety compliance
Management of office supplies for stationery, staff kitchen, amenities, and refreshments
Purchasing and arranging, when required, equipment, travel, hotels, and flights
Managing contract services and suppliers including cleaners, electricity/oil, phones
Daily tasks including post, building maintenance, and office plants
Answering the telephone
Greeting customers and arranging refreshments for meetings
Booking courses and arranging offsite meetings/events
Financial Assistance:
Using Sage to enter purchase orders and purchase/sales ledger invoices
Updating Sage with customer and supplier details
Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
Reconciliation of company credit card statements
Human Resources:
Act as Welfare Officer
Preparation and management of necessary staff documentation, including company vehicles
Maintenance of human resource information
The successful candidate will have experience, demonstrate and/or possess:
Friendly & confident telephone manner
Experience of working in a general office environment for an SME
Organised with a logical approach
Able to work on own initiative
Required Skills.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and in particular Outlook & Excel
