Description:
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities, such as providing administrative support, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer queries.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate records and logging data
* Maintain and update engineer site visit reports
* Provide customer quotations
* Reviewing and updating existing customer contracts
* Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Handling queries and requests promptly and professionally
* Utilising Google Suite for various office tasks
* HR administration support and assisting with Payroll
* Update Social Media & website
Requirements:
* 3 years proven experience in an office administration role
* Experience using Google Sheets and Excel
* Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
This is a part time permanent site based 16 hours per week. Working days are flexible.
