Office Administrator
£20-£25k PA + Benefits
37.5hrs per week

As Office Administrator You will provide high quality administrative support to the Office Manager ensuring the smooth running of business processes throughout the company on a daily basis.
Office Administrator Responsibilities: Your main duties will be to Support the Office Manager and Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator with administrative tasks including but not limited to;
* Production of sales paperwork and supporting information
* Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
* Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed.
* Answer and direct phone calls as required.
* Supporting the Office Manager to maintain policies, ensuring that they are reviewed and up to date.
* Processing of purchase, sales invoices, expenses and delivery notes
* Provide support to the Logistics and Scheduling Coordinator by arranging and liaising with international couriers to control the movement of tools/parts throughout the logistical process.
Requirement and skills: Ideally you will have a background of working in a fast paced manufacturing, logistics or Document Controller based administration role.
Essential;
* A minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Accurate data entry with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence
* Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office 365 with the ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Excel.
* Ability to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team
* Experience in fast paced office environment
Preferred but not essential;
* Experience working within manufacturing / Logistics role.
* Education GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
