Well Established and Successful, Niche Recruitment Service Provider, is Seeking to Recruit an Administrator to Provide Comprehensive and Pivotal Administrative Support to the Core Activities of a Busy Recruitment Business, that Specialises in the Science and Engineering Sectors. The Administrator will be Pivotal to the Ongoing Success and Expansion of the Business

ROLE (Includes)

* Job Board Advertising

* Web Site Management of Active Roles

* Database Management

* Intelligence Gathering via Internet, LinkedIn, Other Social Media

* CV Design and Reformatting

* Client and Candidate Communication

* Other General Administrative and Office Management Activities

REQUIRED (Essential)

* Good Standard of Education

* Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a Similar Role

* Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, and Proactive with a Strong Work Ethic

* Excellent Interpersonal Skills, at All Levels

* Effective Communication Skills, Written and Spoken

* Engaging Personality with a Good Sense of Humour

* Good Telephone Voice and Etiquette

* Excellent Spelling, Grammar, and Numeracy Skills

* Accurate with Strict Attention to Detail

* Proficient in Using MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet

* Conscientious. Punctual and Efficient Time Manager

* Adept at Multi-Tasking

* Ability, Flexibility and Calmness to Deal Effectively with the Unexpected

* Disciplined and Focused

* Active Contributor who Goes the Extra Mile

REQUIRED (Preferred)

WORKING HOURS

* 09:00Hrs to 17:00Hrs, Monday to Friday Inclusive, with Refreshment Breaks and One Hour Lunch Break
