Salary: £23,400 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am- 3:30pm)
Location: Chesterfield

Job Description:
SF Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our fantastic clients team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily administrative tasks, including general filing and document management.
Creating and maintaining inspection reports.
Handling sales invoices and assisting with other accounts-related tasks.
Utilising Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Basic accounts experience, particularly with sales invoices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
