Temporary to permanent

Monday - Friday

Full time or part time available

£11.44 per hour

Must be able to start straight away.

Sheffield

Duties:

* Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining record

* Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

* Assist in managing office operations and procedures

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

* Computerise documents and correspondence accurately

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role

* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

* Excellent organisational and time management abilities

* Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed

* Familiarity with office equipment and procedures

* Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
