Location: London SE14

Hourly Rate: £14

Contract Length: 8 months Maternity cover

Are you looking for a temporary administrative role that will allow you to showcase your attention to detail and organisational skills? Our client, a well-respected organisation in London, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 months.

Our client has a commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service, they have established themselves as a prominent name in their industry.

This role will be interviewing this week with the aim to start on Tuesday 7th May.

Main Duties:

Processing both sales related and other Company paperwork
Acting as administrative back-up to the Sales Team, including accepting incoming telephone calls
Providing helpful responses to customer queries
Being actively responsible for managing the packing and dispatching of requested literature and product samples,
Ensuring sufficient stock levels of related packaging and product materials

Excellent attention to detail
Organised and composed nature
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work to exceptionally high standards
Warm and personable approach
Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
Living within reasonable travelling distance
