Job Title: Office Administrator

Type: 14-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Location: Bracknell

Key Responsibilities:

Entering proposals, quotes and agreements into the database with accuracy
Assigned quotes correctly and efficiently
Provide welcome packs and confirmation details to new vendors and clients
Handling customer queries surrounding invoices, amending personal and bank details, and credits
Liaise with the credit team to ensure background checks are completed for credit decisions
Ensuring the database is always up-to-date, especially around month-end, quarter-end and year-end
Ensuring all held information is compliant with FCA lawsSkills and Experience:

Excellent team player, who can work effectively with others in sharing a workload
Strong and confident communication skills
Able to manage your own workload
Organised with an eye for detail
Happy to get stuck in
