Description:

Buckles Are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join us on a full-time permanent contract. This role will be based in Peterborough and there may be travel to other Buckles office within the UK.

The role purpose:

You will be working closely with the Facilities Manager to support them with all administrative elements for the facilities team.

Responsibilities:

Working under close supervision and direction of the Facilities Manager and supporting with all aspect of the Facilities team including but not limited to:

Maintaining, and updating all documentation related to facility management processes and procedures.

Assisting with day-to-day operations of facility services, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.

Maintaining relationships for facility-related services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Conducting regular inspections to assess facility conditions and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.

Responding to employee inquiries and concerns related to facility services in a timely and professional manner via in house systems.

Front of house cover on an ad hoc basis to ensure sufficient front of house presence is available at all times.

Communicating with internal employees and external stakeholders and key contacts on a regular basis, always delivering a professional level of communication.

Skills / Experience:

Previous experience in facilities administration.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Focus on delivering high-quality services.

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing office related issues.

Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments would be desirable.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations would be desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Able to deal with confident and sensitive matters and comply with GDPR policies.
