Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator
Key Accountabilities:
Proficient IT user including Microsoft Office.
General administration duties - Filing, shredding, answering the phone
Answering customer enquiries.
Supporting with administrative tasks for our professional standards.
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
Communicating with the warehouse regarding daily sales orders.
Customer orders
Processing purchase orders from customer and converting to sales orders.
Updating customers about stock availability.
Monitoring back orders and releasing to pick.
Processing returns & credit notes.
Updating CRM.
Contacting couriers and providing updates to customers.
Producing proformas/quotes for new customers.
Processing card payments/refunds.
Purchase order
Creating and booking in purchase orders.
Checking pricing.
You will ensure compliance with all corporate policies, in accordance with such instructions as are given to you by the Company from time to time.
