OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ALTRINCHAM / £24,000 PER ANNUM / FULL OR PART TIME CONSIDERED

We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.
As an Administrator you provide support to the solicitors and legal team specialising in financial services claims. This role involves managing documentation, maintaining records, liaising with both clients and businesses to ensure all claims are resolved in a timely manner.

* A starting salary of circa £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
* Assist with daily administrative tasks and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Prepare and format legal documents / reports, ensuring files are updated and securely stored.
* Create, organize, and maintain client files both electronically and in hard copy.
* Handle client inquiries and provide accurate updates where required.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
* Chase documents as required that will assist with claims
* Input client and case information into the firm's database.
* Maintain accurate and updated records of all financial services claims.
* Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
* Draft routine correspondence and legal documents as instructed.
* Order office supplies, maintain inventory and assist with the coordination of meetings, including room bookings and preparing meeting materials.
* Ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Skills & Experience required:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Post-secondary education in business administration, law, or related field preferred.
* Prior admin experience, particularly within financial services claims, is essential.
* Experience working within a highly regulated environment such as FCA or SRA.
* Confident when speaking on the phone to clients and financial institutions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with case management software is a plus.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional demeanour / appearance, with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
