Description:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a long-established fresh produce company in Southport.

Working Monday to Friday (3 days a week), 8am - 3:30pm. Flexibility available on working days and hours to suit parental responsibilities / options for different working schedules. You will be supporting the accounts department and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

The role:

- Preparation of monthly purchase/sales day books

- Preparation of monthly management accounts using Sage 50 accounting software and Microsoft excel

- Data Input

- Other office duties including filing and fielding incoming phone calls

- Liaise with and carry out any other tasks required by the line manager

Essential:

- Sage 50 experience / knowledge

- Maintain good working relations with a wide range of contacts

- Able to work unsupervised and under own initiative.

- High-level accuracy and attention to detail.

- Able to communicate effectively.

The role comes with a competitive hourly rate of £14.50 plus private medical insurance, training, career progression, life insurance, 28 days holiday per annum, or pro rata if part time (inclusive of bank holidays), all the tools and resources needed to excel in your role.
