Description:

Our client is the UK's leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business based in Presteigne, Powys. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team as soon as possible!

The role will be temporary covering a period of maternity leave and is expected to last until February 2025.

This will be a full time role working 9am-4pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour.

Duties of the role will include: -

· Answering the phone and taking messages
· Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and letters
· Completing spreadsheets, diagrams and other paperwork as required
· Filing, faxing, scanning and archiving documents as needed
· Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
· Data entry tasks including updating records and databases
· Any other office administration duties as required

In order to be considered for this role you should have previous Office Administration experience and be a confident user of IT programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

You should also be available to start work as soon as possible and be able to commit to the full duration of this assignment, until February 2025.
