We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Consultant to join our small, dynamic team based in Central Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell off-plan luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
* Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-value transactions
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Experience with international clients is a plus
