OEM Coordinator
Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.
Objective: To ensure the smooth running of our OEM customers requirements.
Tasks
* Reporting directly to the OEM Team Manager discussing the particular requirements and developments of each account
* Liaise with Purchasing, Production and Logistics to ensure customers' requirements are met
* Problem Solving
* Close Monitoring of the Customers KPI Reports
* Liaising with the External sales team
* Maintaining data within SAP, including pricing, part number text, material substitutions and Labels
* Following the procedure to cover all aspects of component up issues and new product introduction policies
* To Build Relationships with the customers
* Responsibilities as outlined in H&S Policy
Experience
* Customer Service NVQ or Equivalent – essential
* Proven experience in a busy sales environment – essential
* Negotiation Skills – essential
* IT Skills (Excel) – essential
* Product Training – desirable
* Product knowledge in the Hydraulics Industry – desirable
* Presentation Skills – desirable
* SAP – desirable
* UK Production Processes / Capabilities - desirable
