The Role
As an Ocean Export Operator, you'll take ownership of end-to-end export shipments, ensuring customers receive a seamless, efficient service from booking through to final delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing full load (FCL) export shipments from start to finish
Liaising with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents and hauliers
Preparing and checking export documentation
Coordinating bookings and ensuring all milestones are met
Providing exceptional customer service and proactive shipment updates
Ensuring compliance with customs and international shipping regulations
Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience managing Ocean export shipments within freight forwarding
Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
