Requirement for; Occupational Therapist – Rapid Response - Taunton / Bridgwater area
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Full time or part time (min 3 days a week)
Location: Community
Length: 4-6 months
Hours: Full time preferred, could consider part time but no less than 3 days
Notes: Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis /hospital avoidance can be OT and Physio. Mainly for Taunton/west somerset/Bridgwater area
Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient.
Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit.
Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential.
Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload load that change during the day.
